Our shared home base for the entire retreat is a spacious, luxurious recently renovated designer farmhouse. Set in the rolling pastoral hills of central PEI, this charming, private property is just minutes outside the charming seaside fishing village of Victoria-By-the-Sea on the Island's south shore. The farmhouse is amply equipped with a fully stocked designer kitchen, spacious common areas, and lots of cozy nooks for reading and writing. The outdoor space provides a chance to sit on the verandah soaking up inspiration or a chance to take a reviving walk along a country road.
Retreat guests will stay in comfortably appointed king, queen, or double rooms. The king bedroom features a full ensuite bath with shower and soaker tub. Guests in other rooms will share fully renovated bathrooms with one or two other guests. Amenities include an upstairs TV room, free wireless internet, onsite laundry, quiet nooks and writing corners, a fire pit, and lots of outdoor space. With the exception of our first group dinner in Victoria, we’ll take all of our meals together in a rustic farmhouse dining room. The kitchen will be well-stocked with snacks and beverages throughout your stay, though you’re also free to store your own food and use it as and when you like.
The farmhouse will be our shared home for the duration of the retreat. Cozy nooks, quiet writing corners, and gorgeous light abound.
